The candidates with MBA – HR and with a minimum experience of 7 years are preferred. Also, candidates with MBA only from Premier B Schools will be considered. Should be able to benchmark salaries, overtimes, incentives, rewards, schemes etc. Should be able to analyze employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) at international levels.
The salary offer entirely depends on experience of the candidate and other factors. The range varies from 22 lakhs to 27 lakhs.
Description:
The selected candidate should manage the total design and also the administration of fair, equitable reward system. He will have to design and develop different benefit programs which are best fit and also importantly cost effective, he should also recommend and implement these programs. Should take responsibility of qualified and timely compensations and deliver services to various countries.
