Process Analyst Jobs at Adobe Systems, Noida
Adobe is currently in need of Process Analyst for their Noida office with a work experience of 4-6 years.
Candidate should be able to develop the global delivery process and should support customer care reporting to the Sr. Manager, WWCC Business Process Management.
He will have responsibilities like business process development, documentation and ongoing maintenance of support delivery processes. He has to build models and use cases for industry benchmarks.
Should have 4-6 years of experience in process management or modeling or management consulting experience. He should be trained with Six Sigma or equivalent certification. Should have a bachelor’s degree and having MBA would be an advantage. Should be good at verbal and communication skills.
