Adobe Systems is currently hiring Program Manager for Noida office with experience 6-10 years. Details below:
The responsibilities of manager is to manage man power for different programs and projects which involve cross functional teams to deliver products or computer bases systems thorough design process till the finished state for customers. He / She need to plan and direct different schedules schedules and also project budgets. Should monitor product / system right from beginning till end and also technical matters with customers. Should be able to organize interdepartmental activities to ensure the in time completion of project within the estimated budget.
Educational profile should include B.Tech / MBA from a reputed institute. MBA degree is a must.
Should have market research experience and also in managing revenue goals. Should have excellent communication skills and also be able to work in geographically distributed team.
