Capgemini Consulting India Pvt. Ltd. is currently having openings for the position of Internal Communications Manager and here are the details.
The candidate will have to carryout the function of Marketing.
The work location will be Mumbai.
The candidate should hold a Masters degree in Mass Communication or Journalism or else MBA with Communication focus. Should have excellent writing skills which are highly required for this job.
Candidate should have a work experience of 6-8 years in Journalism or Employee Engagement or Marketing Communications. And of the total work experience, should have at least 2 years of experience in Internal Communications. Work experience in huge organizations spread in different locations preferred.
Candidate should be able to communicate very well and to convert brief information into an effective document. Also, should be able to convey any information orally as well as in writing in an accurate manner. Other important skills required are interpersonal skills, presentation skills and organizational skills and the candidate should have understanding of softwares services industry. Software tools like MS Office, Photoshop .. should be known. Should be enthusiastic, team player, go-getter and creative.
