Wipro BPO Solutions is looking for candidates for the job of Tech Voice Support with an experience of 0-1 years.
Work location will be Kolkata.
Educational qulaification is any graduate.
The candidate should have excellent spoken and written English capabilities and should be flexible to work in night shifts. Candidates with age group from 18 – 55 can apply. He/She should have generic computer knowledge.
Any UG, PG, diploma holders can apply.
The job will include providing assistance for problems and other issues by phone, mails, faxing or any other methods. Few skills like problem solving also, resolving customer needs instantly and providing best solution also performing multiple tasks like talking and listening to the customer, documentations and problem solving quickly are required. He should make sure that the customer will have a positive image about the company and should demonstrate working ethics and confidentiality of different information is needed. Should be able to learn quickly and be able to apply different procedures in detail. He / she should have a proper grammar and vocabulary and very skilled in computer, operating systems, computer perpherals, computer hardware and internet and MS office.
