Voice Based Technical Support Engineer – New Delhi Walkin
vCustomer is having openings for Technical Support Engineers and hence organizing a walkin interview.
The candidate should have a graduate degree to be eligible for this walkin. Freshers are eligible and no experience is required. The expected candidates are from BE / BCA / BTech / BSc IT / MCA / Diploma in Networking. The candidate should have a very good English communication skills and also knowledge of networking is compulsory.
The selection is for inbound voice process which is for US base. It is related with tech troubleshooting in a 24 / 7 work environment. The incumbent is needed to attend for tech queries from different offshore customers.
The walkin interview for this post will be held on 12 th and 13th of March, 2009 at the time of 12 noon.
The work location will be New Delhi.
