Must have an educational qualification of BE and MBA from a reputed business school.
The candidate must have a work experience of minimum of 4 years as a business consultant / analyst in insurance industry. Should have P & C or General Insurance certification through AICPCU / CII / III. Should have consulting skills and ability to analyze and synthesize data into cogent, logical info or conclusions. Should have the capability to develop new solution offerings, tolls and methods and be able to lead the business analysis process or requirements or consulting projects.
The candidate should be familiar with technology application concepts into the business context and SDLC-exposure application into design and testing.
He / She should have good grasping capacity of technological aspects and developmental tools. Should have experience in facing clients and work on-site. Should be good at customer interface and managing relationships. Should have an excellent communicational and selling skills.
Preference will be given to those candidates who are good at customer relationship management, revenue responsibility, managing people, sales support (both pre and post sales), revenue responsibility skills, marketing and operational management.
Those who do not meet these requirements need not apply.
No pass outs from 2008 batch MBA.
The work location will be Chennai.
