Alcatel Lucent Opening for UMTS Testers
Alcatel Lucent is currently in need of UMTS testers. Details below:
The candidate should have a work experience of 3-7 years with an educational background from bachelors degree from the discipline of electronics, computer science or telecommunications.
The candidate should have a work experience in UMTS protocols and interfaces. Should have a good knowledge of W-CDMA and NBAP message flows. Should have system and sub system testing experience in UMTS, GPRS or CDMA technologies.
The candidates is expected to have exposure to Windows, Linux and Unix based tools. He / She should write test specifications. Understanding and experience of verification process, test methodologies and quality initiatives.
Other expected skills include Perl or shell scripting of automation development, Web page development.
Software knowledge required include Perl scripting, HTML and web page development, lab view for radio automations, Catapult interfacing & scripting, Radcom Sp, VSA, Ubinetics, nethawk spy, Multipath.
The work location will be Bangalore.
