Dell International Services is currently having opening for freshers.
The candidate can be of experience 0-3 years with very good communication skills. The educational qualification required is any Bachelor degree, 10+2 with one year call center experience at international level. Diploma (10+2+dip) with 1 yr. intl call center experience can also apply. Engineering / PG with 1+ customer care or semi tech intl call center exp. can also apply.
The candidate is required to have basic computer hardware knowledge and also internet and OS. Preference will be given to candidates with A+ / MCDST certification and also to those with trouble shooting experience.
Candidates are required to have an experience of at least 1 yr in front office mngt & administration.
The work location will be Bangalore / Bengaluru.
